Summer Courses at Rugby School UK
Established in 1567, Rugby School stands as one of the nation's oldest boarding institutions, boasting a rich history. Over the years, the school has hosted numerous notable individuals, including the renowned author of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland," Lewis Carroll. However, on an international scale, this location is perhaps most famous for being the birthplace of rugby, thanks to a moment of spontaneous rule-breaking by one of its students, William Webb Ellis, during a football game.
The school, known for its expansive grounds, offers an ideal setting for our summer programme, ensuring safety, a convenient location, and access to excellent facilities.
We are fully booked for Summer 2025, but please get in touch if you are interested in future residentials at Rugby School UK. Please bear in mind that most available spaces are filled by students from our Partner Schools.
